Sasanka is an expert in the fields of Animal husbandry and farm management. He is specialized and extended his skills in areas such as dairy management and dairy products, swine and poultry management, farm animal management and integrated farm management in coconut plantation. Prior to joining with LEVENS International Foundation, he has served for several leading governmental organization such as NLDB, Coconut Research Institute and University of Peradeniya. Throughout his career, he has been trained many farmers and delivered his expertise knowledge among students and entrepreneurs in rural communities. Sasanka has obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, specialised in Animal Science and holds a Post Graduate degree in natural resources management from the university of Peradeniya. Also, he has completed a Higher National Diploma in Human Resource Management at the National Institute of Business Management, Sri Lanka.
